The Children’s Aid Society provides services to underserved children and families through its cutting-edge programs. The Children’s
Aid Society began helping World Trade Center victim families with
immediate needs and continues to provide long-term assistance including
tuition for educational pursuits.

Citigroup Relief Fund
The Citigroup Foundation is the principal philanthropic program
of Citigroup and the vehicle through which its missions of charitable
contributions and social responsibility are implemented. Working with a

Scholarship America, the nation’s largest private sector scholarship and
education support organization, is committed to expanding access to
educational opportunities and encouraging academic achievement through
its Dollars for Scholars®, Scholarship Management Services™, and ScholarShop® programs.
Scholarship America is the administrator of the Families of
Freedom Scholarship Fund™ and is coordinator of all of the alliance
scholarship funds.

DaimlerChrysler, owned by European, U.S.,
and other international investors, is one of the world’s leading
automotive, transportation and services companies. The DaimlerChrysler
Corporation Fund, established in 1953, provides grants to charitable and
nonprofit organizations.

Energy Companies |
The Power of America Fund
Energy companies from around the world joined together to form
The Power of America Fund to ensure future educational assistance to the
surviving children of the victims of September 11 terrorist attacks.
Participating energy companies are: Electricite’ de France, Entergy
Corporation, Exelon Corporation, Mignon Faget, North Western
Corporation, Nuclear Management Company, Public Service Company of
New Mexico (PMN), Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Sempra Energy, and TXU.

Institute for International Education (IIE) |
IIE administers the Fulbright scholarships for the U.S.
Department of State and the National Security Exchange Program for the
Department of Defense and also administers scholarship programs for
global corporations.

International Youth Foundation (IYF) |
Established in 1990 to bring worldwide resources to young people
in need, IYF works with hundreds of companies, foundations, and civil
society organizations to strengthen and "scale up" existing programs
that are making a positive and lasting difference in young lives.

American Heroes Fund
The Polo Ralph Lauren Foundation is a charitable foundation
created for the purpose of providing support for philanthropic programs
including, but not limited to, education, healthcare in medically
under-served communities, the arts and community-based initiatives.

The Foundation was established and
incorporated as a public foundation for benevolent and educational
purposes. Foundation funds will be used to provide support for the
treatment of children with communication disorders and for scholarships.

Jewish World Service (AJWS) |
AJWS is an independent
not-for-profit organization founded in 1985 to help alleviate poverty,
hunger and disease among the people of the world regardless of race,
religion or nationality. Emergency funds raised since September 11
have been used to provide grants to local grassroots organizations in
the New York City area that are providing assistance to individuals and
families directly affected by the World Trade Center tragedy.

ETS serves the needs of individuals, educational institutions and

Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) |
FEMA
is an independent federal
agency with more than 2,600 full-time employees assigned to headquarters
in Washington, D.C., and regional and area offices across the country.
Nearly 4,000 additional standby disaster assistance employees are
available to help out after disasters.

Cooke Foundation |
The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation is a private,
independent foundation, established through
a bequest of Jack Kent Cooke to help young
people of exceptional promise reach their full potential through
education. The purpose of the Foundation is to reward young men and
women for unusual intelligence, application, deportment, and character.

Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) |
NASFAA, founded 35 years
ago, exists to promote the professional preparation, effectiveness, and
mutual support of persons involved in student financial aid
administration. The Association serves as a national forum and acts as a
focus for the expression of views on matters relating to the
development, funding, and administration of financial aid. For

State Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) |
HESC is the state agency that helps people pay for college by
administering the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP), guaranteeing student
loans, offering guidance, and administering the College Savings program
for students and families.

brothers, Homer and Charles, as a business school for men and women who
aspired to a better life, Pace Institute began its transformation into a

York State and has a reputation for excellent teaching and talented,

Safe Horizon is New York
City’s leading provider of victim assistance, advocacy, and violence
prevention services. In its centers and through its nine community
offices and 24-hour telephone hotlines, Safe Horizon offers crisis
support counseling, help in coping with trauma, and referrals to a wide
variety of resources.

Fund |
The September 11th
Fund was created to provide a way for individuals, businesses and
foundations to help the victims, families and communities affected by
the events of September 11, 2001. Founders Lorie Slutsky, President of
The New York Community Trust, and Ralph Dickerson, Jr., President of
United Way of New York, along with their respective senior staffs, gave
the Fund a broad mandate so it could serve both immediate and long-term
needs and dissolve when the mandate has achieved its objectives.

Shield Foundation |
The Silver Shield Foundation is dedicated to preserving the
hopes and dreams of the families of police officers and firefighters
killed in the line of duty in the greater New York area.

| Twin Towers
Fund |
Rudolph W. Giuliani, former
Mayor of New York City, established the Twin Towers Fund to ensure that
the generous outpourings of support for the families of uniformed
services heroes affected by the disaster of September 11, 2001, are
coordinated, responsive, responsible and accountable and to assist,
support and recognize the families of the members of the uniformed
services who lost their lives.

United Negro
College Fund (UNCF) |
Since its inception in 1944,
UNCF has grown to become the nation’s oldest and most successful African
American education assistance organization. UNCF’s mission is to enhance
the quality of education by providing financial assistance to deserving
students, raising operating funds for member colleges and universities,
and increasing access to technology for students and faculty at
historically black colleges and universities. |
