Scholarship Printing and Mailing Information

1. Click on the link below to open the printable registration form.
2. Print the registration form (instructions for printing follow).
3. Complete the registration form.
4. Mail the completed form along with required documentation to September 11 Scholarship Alliance at Scholarship America.

General printing instructions:

  • Click above to open the registration form
  • When the document is open, click on the File menu
  • Choose Print
  • Click OK.
